I have moved house a dozen times and can honestly say last Friday's move was far and away the most stress-free moving day ever.

Dear Michael

I thought I would take the time to write you a short note to thank you and all your staff for the wonderful job you did in moving us to Dorset earlier this month.

As you are aware, we had a number of false starts with the removal date, but each time we contacted your office we were met with understanding and concern, not criticism or discontent.
Throughout, it was obvious that you and all your staff were intent on making our move as smooth as possible.

We were all a bit disappointed when we arrived, and saw that the place was dirty, and a bit run down. We have had a busy couple of weeks buying in new stuff and cleaning the place, and 1 and Lyn have still not fully unpacked.

However, we can now all see the light at the end of the tunnel, and walking on to the top of Chesil Beach in the morning and looking oul to sea makes it all worthwhile.

Would you please thank everybody involved for all their hard work?
